About Me

A coach for women who want their lives to feel as meaningful as their ambitions.

Hi, I’m Rochelle — a life and leadership coach who believes you can be both ambitious and aligned, driven and grounded, successful and at peace. My work is built on one conviction: when your life, values, and purpose are in alignment, everything else flows with more clarity, courage, and intention.

But I didn’t learn that from a textbook.

I learned it in the unglamorous miles that shaped me.

What alignment means to me

Alignment isn’t perfection.

It’s direction.

It’s discovering your core values and unique gifts — and building your life from that foundation. It’s saying yes to what’s yours to carry and releasing what isn’t. It’s knowing where you’re going and checking, regularly and honestly, if you’re still on the right path.

One of my favorite illustrations comes from a 1979 sightseeing flight over Antarctica. Because of a two-degree error in the coordinates, the plane drifted 28 miles off course — directly into the path of Mount Erebus.

A tiny misalignment created a devastating outcome.

That story has stayed with me for years.

Because in life, as in leadership, a few degrees of drift can change everything.

My work is helping women course-correct before the mountain appears.

Empowering women to lead with purpose.

Who I Serve

My Coaching Style

My style is calm, grounding, and structured.
I bring both the soft questions and the strong frameworks.

Clients describe working with me as:

  • “quiet confidence, intentional strategy, deep understanding”

  • “a space where you feel seen, heard, and deeply supported”

  • “a guide who helps you clarify what matters and build your life around it”

  • “empowering, thoughtful, and catalytic”

My superpowers are connecting deeply, implementing with clarity, and inspiring action.
I blend big-picture vision with practical tools to help you:

✓ Clear mental and physical clutter
✓ Build systems that actually work for your real life
✓ Set meaningful goals (and follow through)
✓ Rediscover your identity outside of achievement
✓ Create habits that sustain your purpose
✓ Lead with confidence — at home, at work, or in your community

Why I Became a Coach

I’ve always been the person asking one more question.

The friend who wants to understand not just what you do, but why.
The one who sees beyond the surface and into the heart.

In 2017, while traveling through Bali, two friends joked that if someone ever wrote a biography about me, it would be titled:
“Excuse me, I have a question.”
They weren’t wrong.

But it wasn’t until 2024, sitting across from my first life coach, that the pieces clicked. I still remember the moment she asked me what I see in myself when I hold the mirror up for others. I burst into tears.

All I could say was:
“I’m trying my hardest.”

It was painfully honest — and profoundly revealing.
I was achieving, performing, managing, leading… but I wasn’t nourishing my identity, my worth, or my inner world. I felt misaligned.

In the months that followed, that coaching relationship transformed me. I experienced what it was like to be deeply seen, to slow down long enough to hear what was beneath the noise, and to build a life from intention instead of exhaustion.

I knew I wanted to offer that same experience to other women.
