I became a coach because of something a woman said at the end of a workshop.

She was sharp. Accomplished. Respected.

And when it was over, she looked at our team and said:
"All I do is work."

It broke my heart. Not because she wasn't successful. Because she sounded like she had completely lost the thread back to herself.

That moment is one of the reasons I do what I do.

Hi, I'm Rochelle.

Certified life coach.
Operations leader.
Mom. Someone who had to learn, slowly, how to make sure her own life was actually hers.

"The best thing you can offer someone isn't answers — it's a structure that holds them up while they find their own way."

— Adam Grant, a concept that changed how I think about coaching

I'm not a business strategist. I'm not going to give you a five-step plan or a productivity system.

What I do is sit with you in the middle of the hard season and ask the questions that help you hear yourself clearly again.

I believe the women I work with already have the answers. They just need someone to hold the structure steady while they find them.

The women I work with aren't stuck because they lack drive. They're stuck because they've been executing someone else's definition of success for so long they've forgotten to ask what theirs looks like. That's where we start.

What I know to be true

Alignment isn't about having it all figured out.

It's about knowing what matters most to you and making sure your life actually reflects that.

That's harder than it sounds. Because most of us were never taught to slow down long enough to ask.

Minimalist Wall Shadow

My Coaching Approach

I sit with driven women and help them find their way back to themselves, not by having all the answers, but by asking the questions they haven't slowed down enough to ask.

Together we get honest about what actually matters. We do values work, legacy work, and the kind of reflection that most high achievers never make time for. Then we build something intentional around it, practical, grounded, and sustainable.

This isn't about adding more to your life. It's about finally paying attention to what was already there.

You might be my person.

You don't have to be failing. You just have to be honest that something doesn't fit.

Plain Beige Paper

You've built a career that looks great on paper and you're quietly wondering if it's the right one.

Abstract Curved Design

You've been putting off a decision you already know you need to make.

Minimalist Still Life

You're scared you'll wake up in 20 years and realize you were running after the wrong finish line.

If you read any of those and felt something, that's where we start.

For the woman who's ready to stop circling and start moving.

I send occasional notes with tools and reflections for women in the middle of figuring out their next step.
